Wet hair thoroughly and apply shampoo to your scalp, massaging in with the pads of your finger tips. Leave on for 1 to 3 minutes. Work lather along your hairshaft through ends in a downward motion. Rinse well. Repeat if desired. Follow with your favorite conditioner if desired. We recommend Philip B Light-Weight Deep Conditioning Crème Rinse.
