SHIPPING
US domestic, APO and FPO orders
There is free shipping (standard)for all US domestic, APO and FPO orders over $39.00. For orders under $39 the standard shipping charge is $6.99 per package. Standard shipping is either via USPS (Postal Service) and UPS. We choose the method, which we feel, will get the package there promptly and safely. Signature is required on all orders over $200. (Unless customer waives signature requirement) If you do not wish the signature requirement. Be aware however if you decline to use signature confirmation you will be responsible for all items that the shipper indicates was delivered to the shipping address.
Faster delivery or for a definite delivery date is available to domestic customers for additional charge via FedEx and UPS 2nd, 3rd Day and Overnight services.
Waiver of Signature UPS/FedEx Recipients: If you have signed a waiver of signature with UPS or FedEx, then you are responsible for the package once it is delivered to the address you specify.
Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Territories: Standard delivery is with US Mail.
APO and FPO Shipping: US Mail is required for all Post Office Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. UPS, FedEX, Expedited mail service (Priority and Express Mail) is not available to these addresses. Some APO, FPO are taking several weeks for delivery due to current conflict in ME.
US Mail Express Service: PO Box Customers who need expedited service overnight can use Express Service in the continental US. Express mail has overnight delivery in most US locations except Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. EXPRESS MAIL (USPS) no longer offers Sunday or Holiday delivery and is not available for APO/FPO or US Territories. Signature is required for Express Mail.
Shipping Insurance: All shipments are covered by insurance. This covers only loss due in shipment. It does not cover loss due to theft from a PO or your mailbox. Once a order is delivered to a Postal Service box it is the responsibility of the recipient. Any claim for loss must be handled through your homeowner's or renter's insurance.
International Shipping
For international orders we use both FedEx and USPS (US Mail). We prefer FedEX if it is going to a "normal" delivery area, for outlying rural area we recommend USPS's EXPRESS MAIL Service.
Since Shipping and Handling charges vary with destination country, amount of order and type of service. We have attempted to have the shipping charges for each international area we serve on the website but there may be some locations that are not present. For those customers we will calculate the methods available and the price and notify you via email these charges for your approval prior to shipment.
Large Heavy International Orders: such has cleansers and other liquids may necessitate an additional charge. We try to adjust our shipping charges to cover most normal size or weight international orders but occasionally some orders which have a large number of bulky heavy items may require a surcharge. You will be contacted prior to shipping should this occur. S/H charges vary with destination country, amount of order and type of service. We have attempted to have the shipping charges for each international area we serve on the Web site but there may be some locations that are not present. For those customers we will add S/H charges and notify you via email.
Customs, Taxes, Duties, Handling Fees: We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, handling fees or customs fees levied by the recipients country. As these charges may vary greatly with each individual country, size of the order, country of manufacturer, and item type, we cannot predict what amount may be charged.
SALES TAX
Florida residents will be assessed 7% Sales Tax
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
Packages that are returned due to refusal of delivery by the recipient, will be charged for full shipping and handling charges both to and from the destination by the carrier and a 20% restocking fee.
