SHIPPING
US domestic, APO and FPO orders
There is free standard shipping for orders over $59. For orders less than $59, the standard shipping charge is $8.99 per package.
Standard shipping is either via USPS(Postal Service) or UPS Ground. We choose the method, which we feel, will get the package there promptly and safely. Signature is required on all orders over $200. (Unless customer waives signature requirement) If you do not wish the signature requirement. Be aware however if you decline to use signature confirmation you will be responsible for all items that the shipper indicates was delivered to the shipping address.
Faster delivery or for a definite delivery date is available to domestic customers for additional charge via FedEx and UPS 2nd, 3rd Day and Overnight services.
Waiver of Signature UPS/FedEx Recipients: If you have signed a waiver of signature with UPS or FedEx, then you are responsible for the package once it is delivered to the address you specify.
Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Territories: Standard delivery is with US Mail.
APO and FPO Shipping: US Mail is required for all Post Office Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. UPS, FedEX, Expedited mail service (Priority and Express Mail) is not available to these addresses. Some APO, FPO are taking several weeks for delivery due to current conflict in ME.
US Mail Express Service: PO Box Customers who need expedited service overnight can use Express Service in the continental US. Express mail has overnight delivery in most US locations except Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. EXPRESS MAIL (USPS) no longer offers Sunday or Holiday delivery and is not available for APO/FPO or US Territories. Signature is required for Express Mail.
Shipping Insurance: All shipments are covered by insurance. This covers only loss due in shipment. It does not cover loss due to theft from a PO or your mailbox. Once a order is delivered to a Postal Service box it is the responsibility of the recipient. Any claim for loss must be handled through your homeowner's or renter's insurance.
International Shipping
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS VIA INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT
BeautiCreams.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
Packages that are returned due to refusal of delivery by the recipient, will be charged for full shipping and handling charges both to and from the destination by the carrier and a 20% restocking fee.
Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your shopping experience. We will gladly exchange or allow return of certain items for refund(this excludes all shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase with original receipt unless noted specifically on the individual product page. We do not cannot accept returns on Clearance Items, Used Candles, or Containers less than 1/2 full. These items will not be accepted.
Return shipping charges are not refundable except when it is due to our error. In order to facilitate any return please contact the office prior to any return. All the item's packaging must be returned. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
