For sun damaged skin...
1) Use cleansing cream daily.
2) Follow with skin strengthening complex (for oily to normal skin). For drier skin types, apply Intensive Recovery Complex instead of or on top of Skin Strengthening Complex.
3) Apply Eye Therapy to the periorbital area or the area surrounding the eyes, but not including the eyelid area itself.
4) Apply Mineral Sunscreen on top, in the morning.
5) Once or twice weekly, use Physical Cleansing Scrub.
6) Apply Hand & Decollete cream to the respective areas, and additionally to arms, legs, or other sun damaged areas of the body.
Once Pro-Niacin has reached the layer of skin that is damaged, Niacin then promotes repair in 4 ways:1) Niacin works to help DNA repair itself naturally. Yes DNA is altered with sun over exposure.
2) Niacin helps the skin to turn over new cells (important in an anti-aging skin regimen as well)
3) Niacin helps our bodies release a hormone called leptin that is vital to our bodies natural ways of healing, thus helping to reverse some of the sun damage we have caused.
4) Niacin also reduces hyper-pigmentation by blocking the production of melanin. (the stuff in our bodies that make our skin get brown blotches and spots)
